Your Tasks

  • Working with numerous customer specific Java applications running on many hosts on multiple environments
  • Continuous Improvement of the deployment & monitoring process, while using tools like Rundeck, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, CheckMk, Kibana, etc.
  • Building tools to simplify and automate deployments and improve reliability and speed while working with tools like Foremen, Puppet, Rundeck and Jenkins
  • Operating large and crucial high available environments for security of online payments
  • Providing knowledge transfer to the 1st level support team for operational topics

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in development and deployment of applications (Java would be preference)
  • System engineering skills (Linux, networking, storage) and experience with relational databases and SQL
  • Know-how in Monitoring service tools like Prometheus ,Grafana, CheckMk, Kibana
  • Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or software engineering or relevant field
