The Lead Generation Specialist position is a role defined within the Sales Organization and belongs to the Sales Operations team. Your Tasks

  • Generate, prospect and pre-qualify new sales leads to support the Regional Sales Managers
  • Responsible for the CRM database management of new leads and prospective clients
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports
  • Identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound and outbound sales and marketing campaigns, events, prospect leads, web researches, referrals etc.
  • Work closely together with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop successful lead generation campaigns
  • Help to drive leads and online traffic with efficient web-based activities and good lead generation content
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and participate in relevant events
  • Create and maintain a professional handover process to the regional sales team

Your Profile

  • Experience in similar positions either in Inside Sales or Direct Sales positions, with a focus on prospecting and lead generation
  • Deep expertise in CRM software and sales automation (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English are a must
  • Industry-specific knowledge and background would be an advantage but are not mandatory
  • The right person has a dynamic, self-motivated and convincing personality, with a demonstrated ability to work independently in driving projects to completion, often in a complex environment
  • BA/BS degree with a strong sales and business background centred preferably in software technologies
  • Knowledge of German language would be an advantage
